For the last several months the Naples Florida Real Estate for sale market has been very active with many of the
homes and other properties for sale turning into pending sales.  2011 was a good real estate year in Naples with
Realtor closed sales rising 4.9% over 2010.  There are many Naples properties for sale near the beach or within
a short 10-15 drive of the beach in Naples that are now appealingly priced.  Prices are now leveling out and the
real estate business is getting back to normal.  In 2011 we saw sales increases in all price segments.  The home
prices have fallen over the last 18 months and we have Naples homes for sale and condo properties for sale now
in the Naples area that are very affordable.  We have Naples condos for sale from the $100s.  For villa homes in
Naples, the prices start in the $200,000s.  Property has appreciated over the years.  Buildable land in Naples for

condos located directly on the Naples beach and condos located on the bay waters that are across the street from
the beach.  In Naples, we have homes on the beach as well as homes located on waterways leading to the Gulf
